 Enlisted at New York City to serve three years.
Mustered in as a private in Company "A" of the 88th New York State Volunteers
(Irish Brigade) August 8th, 1862.

Killed in Action at the Battle of Gettysburg July 2nd, 1863


Buried at The National Cemetery at Gettysburg Pennsylvania
